I aim to have 100% satisfaction with my sales, you are probably very aware that the colour you see on screen may differ to the colour you receive in real life simply because of the variation in monitors, and also bearing in mind that different fabrics take dyes differently.Aidas and linens tend to dye darker than luganas, and most of my images are currently of aidas.

I use a variety of fabrics and dyes, my aidas are by zweigart, linens are all zweigart as are evenweaves, these are the fabrics I find work best for me, there may be occasions where i cant get my usual fabric this usually only happens with 25 and 28ct lugana, in which case i will let you know and if there is an option to change it for dmc this will be your decision,dmc is as good as zweigart in my opion

All fabrics will come serged and packed in a sealed bag individually labelled, at the moment by hand but hopefully soon will be printed labels.

If you are unhappy with your fabric in any way please let me know, I will replace any fabric if there is a flaw on it, I will also replace a fabric if the colour is not what you expect it to be, the postage costs wil not be refunded unless I have sent the wrong fabric or size. No refund or exchange on wonders
